Selection and Recruitment Criteria
Hiring Process for Security Guards : -At T. Star Security Services Pvt. Ltd., we follow a strict selection process to ensure only qualified and reliable personnel are recruited. Candidates must meet the required criteria, including education, age, physical fitness, and background verification. Every applicant undergoes a thorough screening process, and only those with a clean record and strong qualifications are selected.
Selection and Recruitment Criteria
To qualify as a security guard, candidates must:- Physical Fitness: Height – Minimum 155 cm (male), 140 cm (female); Chest Expansion – 75 cm with 4 cm expansion; Weight – 45 kg to 75 kg.
- Health: Free from contagious diseases; Eyesight – 6/6 (far), 0.6/0.6 (near).
- Education: Minimum 10th pass (preference for ex-army, expolice, and martial arts personnel).
- Age: Up to 50 years.
- Have no criminal record
- Demonstrate good behavior and discipline
- Meet the minimum education requirements
- Be physically and mentally fit to handle security duties
- Have good communication skills for handling clients and emergencies
- Be able to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Possess basic knowledge of security procedures (or willingness to undergo training)
- Have previous security experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Be able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
